To create outer banister

Step 1

To create the outer banister, first, you need to go to the forth layer and delete the object by pressing the x key.

Step 2

Activate box tool ( X ), bring out the numeric panel ( n ) and set High X = -4mm, Y = 80mm and Z = -4mm. Close the panel and press Enter.

Step 3

Press F2 key to move the object to center. Then, move ( t ) the object to the side of the building in top view, and you need to remember not to place the object outside the guide.

Step 4

Deselect the selection if you have anything in selection mode. Press Ctrl + c for clone tool, and a panel will appear. Set Number of Clones to 59 and offset X to 50mm.

Step 5

Select the entire object in polygon selection mode except for the first one from the left.

Step 6

Now, you need to activate the mirror tool ( V ) and bring out the numeric panel ( n ). Remember to choose X for Axis. Then close the panel and press Enter.

Step 7

The result will be shown as below.

Top view

Step 8

Select the bottom point of every 10 objects and you need to start counting from the middle part.

Back view

Step 9

You need to move ( t ) the selected points lower.
