To mirror the outer handrail, first, you need to mirror ( V ) the object to the upper side.

Then, mirror ( V ) another object to the left.
Step 5
Then, select the left object and rotate it to 90 degree.
Step 6
Move ( t ) it to the right position.
Step 7
Next, you need to press the Ctrl + t for drag tool, drag the points to form a sharp angle.
