To mirror outer banister
Step 1
To mirror the outer banister, now you need to go to the forth layer and keep the third layer as your guide.
Step 2
Then, duplicate the part to another side using the mirror tool ( V ).
Step 3
Mirror the object once again.
Step 4
Select the right object in point selection mode and rotate ( y ) it.
Step 5
Move ( t ) the selection to the right position.
